What payment options do you accept?

We are happy to accept secure payments via Paypal or most popular credit cards. You may also pay via direct Bank Transfer in Europe and our system will send our full banking details via email, but please note that this option may delay despatch of your order by 1 or 2 working days until your payment has cleared. N.B. We do not take American Express or Diners Club at this time.

How can I trust your company?

We are an ISO1385 Registered Medical Device Manufacturer. You are welcome to check out our certifications and registrations at TÜV SUD in Europe using their online database.
Just search on our company name "DERMFIX".

How much is delivery?

Currently we are offering free delivery to Canada :-)

The shipping cost for these European countries is €8,95:
Greenland, Jersey, Malta, Switzerland.

The shipping cost for these countries is €12,95:
Bulgaria, Cyprus, Iceland.

The shipping cost for these countries is €19,95 (and further import taxes may apply):
Albania, Bahrain, Belarus, Georgia, Israel, Hong Kong, Qatar, Russian Federation, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, United Arab Emirates.

For deliveries outside of Europe further costs (customs duties and import taxes or duties may apply). In these cases, the extra charges must be paid by the buyer upon import and are not included within our published prices. E.g. Switzerland, Jersey & Guernsey are all shipped VAT free from our warehouse.

All orders are shipped in plain packaging. We normally use DHL or UPS. Please follow your tracking number, and any DHL or UPS notes through your door, to ensure that goods are not refused (as this may incur additional charges for you if we need to resend the items).

If your delivery destination is not shown above this could mean we do not deliver to that country, but you may request an exception by emailing us, and we will try to offer an affordable solution depending on the items being ordered.

Is your site secure?

When placing an order or accessing your Dermfix online shopping account you will note that our website is verified as secure via Sectigo Limited (https://sectigo.com/). We use Extended Validation Certification to provide the maximum level of authentication.

Are my card details safe with you?

When checking out you will see that we use a secure page for the card transactions and personal details, or you can also use your credit card via Paypal. We do not store credit card details, nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

What if I purchase more than one item?

Our carriage charges are fixed, so you can purchase many of the same items for one single carriage cost.

How long will delivery take?

We despatch from a central European warehouse and items are generally always in stock, so depending on your exact location in Europe this is normally within 3 to 5 days, although you should be able to use your allocated tracking number to easily monitor progress. You can always email us to check on your order.

Can you deliver to my work address or another residential address?

This is normally no problem at all. Please just complete the alternative delivery address when shown at the checkout. We will contact you if there are any security issues.

How do I place an order?

Ordering from Dermfix Ltd is easy! Once you find an item you would like to purchase, simply click the "Add to Cart" button in that product's description page. You can check and adjust the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking the “Cart" button at the top right of the page. If you decide to remove an item from your cart, just click the “X” of the product you would like to remove. You can also adjust the quantity of any product in your shopping cart using + and - buttons or by changing the number of items shown and clicking “Update Shopping Cart”. Assuming the quantity you have requested is available, you will now see the adjusted quantities as well as the new total costs (if you enter a quantity that is greater than the quantity available, your purchase quantity will reflect the maximum quantity available).

Once happy with your selection you should click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button to proceed. Next you will need to enter the billing address, delivery address (if different), your email, your choice of shipping method and finally payment via one of the options offered. If you choose to “Create Account” you will need to also enter a password, but this will allow you to check and track your orders in the future and print extra copies of invoices or to re-order items easily. Finally, you will need to click on the “Pay Now” button to complete your order. The website will then show your confirmed order number and also despatch a confirmation email to your inbox. Can I track and view my orders?

Once you have a registered account on the Dermfix website you will be able to log-in and view the progress of your order, confirm your order number, and contact customer services with your exact order details if necessary. When logged into your private Dermfix account you can change invoice and delivery addresses, change passwords, print copies of orders, and of course re-order more items quickly and easily.
